Shanti Pani Trust has been started by Brahmasri Venkatesan Rajangam. Through educating our children in the essential Vedas prescribed for the households, let us carry our culture and traditions forward to our future generations. For people interested in learning the Vedas comprehensively and methodically, Shanti Pani Trust has been running formal full-time schools in the name of Shanti Pani Gurukulam Trust in India and Vedic Theology in the US.
Veda Samrakshanam:
It is the duty of every individual to protect our Dharma. The Dharma is so valuable that to protect it, Bhagavan himself takes many avatars for its establishment. The dharma is embodied in the Vedas. Hence the protection of Vedas and Vedic lifestyle is very important.
What anyone can do for Veda Samrakshanam?
The best way to do Veda Samrakshanam is to send at least one child to learn Veda so that it is preserved and passed down to the next generation. But if one cannot do it, the next best thing to do is support those people and institutions that protect and propagate the Vedic tradition of learning and education. The average monthly cost of running our patashala is Rs. 75000 per month. With 15 students, a simple donation of Rs. 5000 per month shall provide the necessary monetary support for Vedic education. In addition to that, one can also provide in-kind to the patashala like grains, rice, clothing, etc.
The above are just some suggestions. Any donation towards the patashala shall be used for the propagation of our dharma and hence Veda Samrakshanam.
